These terms apply when you use Freedom Estate & Builders’s website at freedomestate.org (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for
The Site lets you browse property information, DHA file rate boards, maps and updates, and send inquiries. Listings, rates and maps are provided for general information. They are not a formal offer, valuation or legal advice. Prices, availability and file rates change; always confirm with us before making a decision.
Inquiries and deals
Sending an inquiry does not create a brokerage contract by itself. Any engagement to buy, sell, rent, transfer a DHA file or build a house is agreed separately, in writing where required. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to admin areas, or disrupt our systems.
- Do not scrape listings or rates for competing commercial databases without our written permission.
- Do not submit false, abusive or unlawful content through forms or messages.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, maps and photos we publish are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our content for another property portal or marketing without permission.
Third-party links and maps
Embedded maps and links to WhatsApp or other services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every listing, rate or map is complete or current. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make solely based on Site content, or for outages, errors or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
